Jinde's marketing and management headquarters are located in Panyu District, Guangzhou, within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, one of the most economically developed regions in southern China.
The Guangzhou headquarters is approximately a 30-minute drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and a 1.5-hour drive from Hong Kong International Airport.
Jinde owns a large factory located in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, approximately a 2-hour drive from Guangzhou.

6. How We Work for OEMs
1. Familiarize ourselves with all customer requirements (regular off-the-shelf products or customized models).
2. Provide a detailed quotation, clearly defining requirements.
3. Discuss further customer needs or concerns.
4. Both parties confirm the model and proceed with selecting materials, sizes, etc.
5. Both parties approve details and requirements (materials, colors, and sizes, etc.).
6. Production begins after receiving payment and confirming drawings.
7. Provide customers with regular updates on the production process and progress.
8. Conduct pre-shipment inspection with photos (on-site inspection is available for domestic customers).
9. Prepare for delivery and shipping and receive final payment.

7. How well does your factory manage quality control? What international certifications do you have?
Quality is our top priority. We implement total quality management, with a QC team of 5 people. Every production stage and every product undergoes a comprehensive inspection before packing and shipping.
We are committed to creating high-quality products that meet food safety standards. Many of our products have obtained international certifications such as NSF, TUV, and SGS.

We have standard sizes for all our products, but we can also customize products to different sizes according to your specific requirements.
9. What are your packaging methods?
We use standard export packaging with clear labels on the outer layer. We can also accept customer-specified packaging.
10. What are your shipping methods?
1. Ensure all packages are properly packaged and free of any items left behind.
2. Our logistics company delivers directly to customers; or to their freight forwarders or warehouses.
3. We assist with any customs clearance or other shipping issues.
